What is included in your full-service event planning package?
Our full-service event planning package includes an initial consultation, venue selection, vendor coordination, design and decor, and on-site event coordination on the day of your event.

Our partial event planning package includes a consultation to fill in any gaps in your planning process, guidance on vendor selection, design, and decor, and on-site event coordination on the day of your event.
What is included in your event day coordination package?
Our event day coordination package includes vendor coordination, set-up and tear-down, and on-site event coordination on the day of your event.

Our consultation services are ideal for those who want to plan their own event but need guidance on vendor selection, design, decor, and any other aspect of their event planning process.
What is your pricing structure?
Our packages begin at $3,500 for day-of coordination and scale to $15,000+ for full-service planning. We also offer percentage-based and à la carte pricing for select engagements. Every quote is customized — contact us to schedule your complimentary consultation and receive a tailored proposal.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability. We can typically accommodate events booked several months in advance, but it's always best to book early to secure our services. For weddings and other major events, we suggest booking at least 6-12 months in advance. However, we understand that last-minute events can arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you work with specific vendors or can I choose my own?
We have relationships with a wide range of vendors, from florists to caterers to photographers. We're happy to recommend vendors based on your preferences and budget. However, if you have specific vendors in mind, we're happy to work with them as well.
How involved will I need to be in the planning process?
This depends on the level of service you choose. If you opt for our full-service event planning package, we'll take care of everything from start to finish, and you'll be involved as much or as little as you'd like. If you choose our consultation services, you'll be more involved in the planning process but will have expert guidance every step of the way.
What happens on the day of my event?
We'll be there to coordinate all aspects of your event, from vendor set-up to tear-down. Our goal is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy your special day. We'll be available to handle any last-minute issues that may arise, so you can rest assured that your event is in good hands.
